New Judges Reflect Alberta’s Diversity
Minister Ganley appointed three new judges this week to the Provincial Court in her continued efforts to increase access to Justice in a timely manner. The three judges are Cheryl Arcand-Kootenay; appointed to St. Paul Provincial Court, Melanie Hayes-Richards; appointed to Provincial Court, Edmonton Criminal and Michelle Christopher; appointed to Medicine Hat Provincial Court – the first woman appointed to that judicial district in the history of Alberta.
